Massive fps drop season 7
Hello, here is my problem: My apex always runs in full 60 FPS on all maps, but when I go to Olympus, there are areas that are filled with grass which make me go to 40 FPS and it's very annoying ... ...
Hi guys, I hope somebody can help me. I'm getting very unstable fps: it drops from about a 100fps to 30fps for 2 seconds then it comes back, then it drops down and goes up again in a loop.
On fights, it drops down to 10fps. The game is just unplayable for me now.
I have a video post on Reddit where I'm just standing inside a building and my fps is unstable (not the worst case).
I've tried a lot of things: in-game settings, disabling steam, GeForce experience and windows game mode overlays, performance settings...but I still have the problem.
My specs:
i5-7300HQ
8Gb RAM
GTX 1050 4Gb
Driver version: 460.79
256 Gb SSD
Thanks in advance.
I have a 9900k and a MSI Suprim X 3090, 32GB 3200MHz TridentZ Royal RAM. I've seen this drop on 3 different systems, and gfx cards. My Ventus 3X 3090, EVGA 2080, and an AMD 3900X w/16GB of 3600MHz RAM. I'm 100% sure it's not my systems. I think I had some good results with driver version 457.51, but since Cyberpunk came out I opted to update to 460.79. I get pretty big drops around the rocks between Hamond Labs and Ivory pass (near the double portal) on the Ivory Pass side. If you come from Grow Towers and head towards the portals, there are some rocks on the hill. Right around this area I see a drop to about 100fps. What gives? lol
i have a nvidia geforce gtx 770, intel core i7 and 12 GB RAM, im playing every game in ultra with at least 120 fps in hd, i have 30 fps in apex legends and i don't know why. Played at the release then stopped because it was literally unplayable, got back this week and i have 40 fps now, still not normal. Too bad because i'm really enjoying the game but cannot really play it
