Today my mic stop working only on apex I can’t talk or hear people in my lobby anymore. I’m on Xbox. Does anyone know how to fix this problem mic works on other games and in party chat

That's definitely weird.
Do you have any other devices connected to your Xbox? If so, can you try disconnecting them all to test and see if that makes any difference?

Just to make sure, have you tried power cycling your Xbox to see if that helps? For more info on how you can do that check out the Xbox support website.

I am having the same issue. I believe my issue started when the new season and update came out. At first my mic was working in game chat on Xbox. Then one day it just stopped working I want to say for about a week. Then it fixed itself I guess and just yesterday when I switched profiles to my smirf account, that’s when it disabled my game chat again. I tried switching back to my main account and now my main account isn’t working in game chat again. Tried restarting my console, deleting the game and re downloading it and still nothing is fixing it. My mic works perfectly fine in patty chat btw. I can still hear the game itself, just not the teammates I’m playing with in game chat

After this last update my mic won’t work in game chat at all. Any other answers besides the same one given twice already?
Having the same problem. Mic works on Xbox party. Can hear people talking. Says I have a mic, but nothing registers when I talk
Same as everyone else. Mine worked until last week then nothing. I have….reset MAC address, rebooted Xbox series x, reset mic, deleted and reloaded the game twice and nothing helps. I’ve tried the party to game chat trick and that didn’t work either. Party chat works and game chat works in call of duty. Please help. Thank you.
does your mic plug into your controller? Mine is so wonder if that has something to do with it
