Micro stutter when opening inventory

Title, essentially. This has been going on for a long time and I can't seem to find any solution. Every time I open my inventory there is a micro freeze of about a half second. Has anybody encountered this issue and managed to fix it? Any suggestions? All of my settings are already on super low. The game runs fine otherwise.
