Middle East server ?

Hello , 

I'm from Israel and I saw that there's middle Eastern server from Bahrain ... I tryed them on the data center and my pin is 200... Ho is that possible ? I play on German servers right now (EU) , ping is 80

Is there going to be more servers from in th middl east maybe in israel or somewhere closer so we could get a normal ping ? Or that's it that's the answer for the middle Eastern server ... Bahrain...? No one playes there anyway... Always 1 player in que ... I really do hope that there's goi g to be answer ....
