Missing 3 Shadow society event packs

Ive been missing 3 shadow society event packs since March 28th.
I purchased 4 shadow event packs in 1 hit, the first pack automatically opened received rewards all fine, i then chose to go back to the lobby and my 3 remaining event packs dissappeared without receiving the the rewards.
Ive spoken to EA help almost every day, they have sneakily always tried to close the case etc.
At the moment it says No Fix for my missing packs and i cant open up a new case and chat to EA help.
Its been a disgrace and unprofessional from them..

Has anyone else experienced missing packs? Reading online, this issue has occured to a lot of people.
How can i rectify this ?

Poor form from EA, ive spent over $252 AUD + crafting metals and they have been no help at all, every conversation i have had with them they have said they will get their team to investigate.

    @IFUELZ I have tried to resume the case and start a chat but it just directs me to the EA help game catalogue.

    We're doomed by actually expending our money here, what a disappointment.

    @IFUELZ I had the same problem, I submitted a ticket about this issue, a few other people had this problem like me, they said they were working on it, I was told to stay tuned.
