Missing All purchases

Missing years of purchased content on Apex and this game has the worst customer support.

    Could you double-check whether you’re signed into the correct account? It may also be worth looking into whether the account could have been linked incorrectly, since missing purchases or lost progress can sometimes happen when the wrong account is connected.
