Missing apex coins and BP after redeem code

A week ago I bought a battle pass for the game in ea origin. A day later it hadn't arrived, I wrote to support and they told me "Wait, this is normal, we had a technical error". A week has passed, but I still haven't received my battle pass. Just like the 1000 apex coins I bought. I don't see the chat buttons with support anymore. The battle pass expires tomorrow. Where should I go with this *?

    Hi there, 

    If you purchased content and did not receive it, please contact EA Help Support as they should be able to assist you with that. 

    It's worth mentioning that if you play Apex Legends through Steam and purchase any content through the EA app, you will need to install the game via the EA app and launch it from there for the content to come through.
