Missing Apex coins and inefficient support

I have been chatting with EA support by mail for more than 20 days now and no progress has been made to my problem.

It is honestly embarassing for a company to be so inefficient. Most other companies would have solved my issues within 48h. Here 48h is at best the time the support takes to answer. If at least it felt like they read your emails instead of answering with premade templates it'd be fine. 

I cant believe I have to go here to explain my problem and hope for a miracle.

I have bought 4350 coins on Instantgaming (yes i know community person who will read this, this is not a trusted reseller but please keep on reading because it is irrelevant here)

The code was used when I bought it so on october 2.

There were no issues when I used the code. The app told me it was added to my account and showed me the confirmation screen. And as you can guess the coins were never added to my account because of some dumb cloud save issue probably because I was playing on steam at the same time idk. 

All I am asking of EA support is to check and tell me if the code I've provided them was used on my account (which it was). This would solve my issues instantly but despite all the informations I've provided them they are refusing to help. I suppose it is because they can say its not their fault as long as they blame the reseller when it is once again not the issue here.
