I haven't played Apex in a few years and last played on my Xbox. After linking my Steam and Xbox accounts to my EA account and reinstalling Apex, none of the legends or skins I had previously are there.
I followed the instructions too which is annoying.
Any help would be appreciated.
Community ManagerHello, since an EA account is required to play Apex, I believe your Xbox account was already linked to an EA account previously. It’s possible that unlinking and relinking accounts may have resulted in the lost progress you’re seeing.
