Missing playable legend Ash

Context:

Bought Apex coins through steam -> spent coins on battle pass -> spent legend tokens on Ash -> have a great time playing Ash -> weeks later log on and Ash is locked like I never bought it.

Proof:

Even with it locked I can still see the badges I earned playing as ash proving that I played many matches as her. You might argue that I played her when she came out and was made available to everyone like Axle was this season, but I did not play Apex the season Ash was released.

Expectation:

I hope to have my favorite legend back soon or the 12000 legend tokens I spent on her. (I have been through the support system twice)
