Missing Season 1 Wild Frontier content after Cross Progression
Hi,
I’m hoping a Community Manager or the Apex/Respawn team can help with a Cross Progression issue involving very old content.
I originally played Apex Legends on PC/Origin in 2019 and owned the Season 1 Wild Frontier Battle Pass. I now play on PlayStation.
After Cross Progression, my Season 1 data appears to be incomplete. Some of my original Season 1 Battle Pass rewards transferred correctly and are still on my account, but my Wild Frontier Battle Pass badges are missing. My old Season 1 stat trackers also transferred, but they all show 0, despite having played and progressed during Season 1.
I contacted EA Help and the advisor also checked with Tier 2 Support. They explained that they can no longer access/validate my historical Season 1 progression and cannot manually restore old Season 1 content if it was lost during Cross Progression.
This leaves me in a difficult situation: the remaining rewards on my account prove that I owned and progressed through the original Season 1 Battle Pass, while other historical content is now missing and EA Support no longer has the historical data to verify what was lost.
I would therefore really appreciate it if this could be investigated as a Cross Progression legacy-content issue.
In particular, I am missing my Wild Frontier Battle Pass badges. I would also like my old Legendary Hunt rewards, including Wraith – Night Terror, to be checked, as these may have been affected by the same loss of historical Season 1 data.
I have screenshots showing my remaining original Season 1 rewards and missing badges, and I can provide my official EA Account Data export and the information from my EA Help case if needed.
Is there any way for a Community Manager to escalate this to the appropriate Apex/Respawn team for investigation?
Thank you!
