Hello I’m missing the wraith skin and sky emotes from season 4 I’ve contacted chat support but they’ve advised me to contact on here for an update and to get my missing content back

Hi basically I’m missing some content in apex legends which are a skin for wraith called perfect solider as well as 2 sky emotes I unlocked for her called think fast and perpetual motion, since the 16th of June 2023 I’ve been contacting EA chat support numerous times to be able to get help and all I’ve ever been instructed is to be patient and wait as it’s been reported numerous times well enough is enough I’ve waited long enough to be without my items that I originally had to spend money on to buy the coins to be able to purchase the battle pass which contained these items I’m also fed up of being told numerous things from different advisor I just want this situation dealt with once and for all, I’ve also keep getting advised to post on these forums to get players to upvote it so the games team can fix it so hopefully this time around it will get sorted etc
I’ve literally spent hours on end over the last 2 weeks being told different things from different advisor just to always be told to report it here, but I really can’t seeing them doing much from a post on a forum, does anyone from EA even look at these anyway?
Basically for the past 5 weeks I’ve been back and fourth between these forums and chat support and no one can seem to help me, so this is my last resort so please help, I’m missing a wraith skin in apex’s called “perfect soldier” it’s from the season 4 battle pass I’m literally begging someone helps me get it back please
