      I also encountered the same problem. My account was banned, but I had appealed 3.4 times, all of which were rejected my request. Even now I want to appeal, it has been automatically rejected.

      There's nothing else we can do about this. If you submitted 3 disputes and ToS still didn't overturn the ban, it means they didn't find any evidence supporting it was given out in error.
