Idk how relevant is this but my account is being accessed by a chinese hacker based in hong kong who is constantly using my account and god knows whats going on with my account because I havent been ...

    I guess EA isn't competent to help in this issue but I already did put up a case and I haven't gotten a revert on it too. So what do I do now ?
