My apex account got banned for no reason

I'm having trouble getting into the game and it tells me my game account has been banned. But I don't have any record in my EA's Ban history. I also created a Case and got an email that my account is not subject to any restrictions. I also had no chance to discuss my issue with customer service. Every time I created a chat, it redirected me to the main page. Is there any limit on the working hours of customer service? At the same time, I also guarantee that I have not violated any agreement that may cause my account to be suspended. I've been playing this game since before its first season, spent a lot of time and money on it, and I don't understand why I'm getting this unfair treatment.
