My Apex account got falsely banned when I had no access to my account.

My account has been banned when I did not have any access to it due the fact that it was hacked by a person in Russia.
To start, on 24 September my email and password had been changed and I lost access to my account. I contacted EA Help right a way to fix this problem and i was battling with live chat. It took me 2 days on the 27th to get my account back then I logged in on Apex Legends and I only found out then my account has been banned. I believed the person in Russia used my account to cheat so i sent a appeal to EA about this. Today emailed me and said they took the correct action in accordance with EA policies and procedures even though I had no access too my account for 2 days.
I have sent another appeal with purchase history the hacker made is proof the did not cheat.
