I just submit my appeal last 14 days but suddenly my case just missing from my penalty history without any notice. I tried to log in my game but still can't since it says got banned. For now, I just resubmit second appeal. FYI, I didn't hack the game, but my account got hacked and the hacker just hack the game.
hikiy28 Huh... that is weird as your case shouldn't had disappeared, however since hacked and banned accounts cannot be handled here on the forums, there isn't much that can be done here about your case disappearing.

I'm in the same situation. The account is prohibited even though there is nothing in the penalty history.

I’ve tried submitting an appeal multiple times, but I believe my appeals aren’t being sent or received. I’ve checked the penalty and case history after submitting each appeal, but they just don’t appear in the records. I submitted an appeal about 14 days ago, and when I checked later, it was completely missing from the history. Then I make 2 days ago but same thing and so on.
