My EA account got hacked + banned and they changed the email

towards the end of last year my pc got ratted and a bunch of my stuff got hacked i worked slowly to recover everything but for some reason my EA account has been the most trouble, every time i submit...

    I've unfortunately tried this before twice or more but every time they closed my case without response. do you have any clue on what i should do then?

      If the case shows closed @slowedsynergy then it means our team reached out to you with the outcome of their investigation.

      Are you opening the appeal on an email you have access to?

        Yes i am the account that got hacked is under the hackers email and i cant do anything about that, but when i send the emails i send them from the original email that i created the account with.
