My EA Play isn't giving me my discount on coins.

My EA Play isn't giving me my discount on coins. I was trying to get coins after buying EA Play and I'm not getting my discount and I'm unable to buy coins in Apex.

I'm on PC and tried to buy them through origin but the online support says that I can't get a discount?
