My EA Play isn't giving me my discount on coins.

My EA Play isn't giving me my discount on coins. I was trying to get coins after buying EA Play and I'm not getting my discount and I'm unable to buy coins in Apex.

    @EA_Atic Any chance this is getting fixed? I’ve bought a few coins and I would have liked to have gotten my discount so I feel pretty ripped off.
