My ip address has been blocked

Me, as well as many people from my country (and those who have STC wi-fi) have not been able to play apex. “ attempting connection, unable to connect to EA servers, Code:leaf” the problem is with EA’s servers connection to STC. Apex/ EA has blocked my IP from playing the game for no reason. This problem has been going on for too long (march 27th). (PS. i have contacted STC before and they said that everything should go well since everything is working).  i have attached bellow a number of people who are facing the same problem ever since march 27th and there is still no help from EA or STC

summary:

in the loading screen, i try to enter the game it says “attempting connection… unable to connect to EA servers” and when it finally lets me in (once every 20 tries) it kicks me out before i could even join a game with the error code “leaf”

  • @wraithsghostssSo to start off somewhere
Have you verified there is no 3rd party apps running such as AV, Firewalls etc that might block your connection?

Firewall, "Extra Security", ports closed or data not allowed on specific routs on your router?
Tried to allow DMZ / portforwarding correct ports in your router?

Only thing i hear is that this might be an issue related to your ISP and not EA.
If you use a VPN will this allow you to join?

    If you yes,
Have you tried to change to a public DNS such as google, cloudflare, Open DNS etc?

All i can guide you too is our troubleshooting:

Or tell you too look into a new ISP.
