Need help recovering password for other account

So I made a extra account so I could write a forum.

basically my main account needs a password reset but ever time I try to reset it, the emails and codes never send. (I know I’m using the right email and I know I have account with it. It was Xbox email and now I’m switching to pc I’m just trying to get back into apex) would i ever get my main account back if not I just won’t play apex anymore. (I’ve spent atleast 700-1k on your game and I’m just trying to get back into it.)
