need help, stuck on loading screen
game was fine till yesterday , now i get stuck on loading screen, help any fix, i use ea app, it still stays the same if i disconnect the internet

Sorry to hear Apex suddenly started getting stuck on the loading screen after working normally yesterday.
Since you’re playing through the EA app, please try the following:
- Fully close Apex Legends and the EA app, then restart your PC.
- In the EA app, go to Library > Apex Legends > Manage > Repair to check the game files.
- Clear the EA app cache using App Recovery.
- Temporarily close unnecessary background applications and overlays before launching the game again.
If it still gets stuck, could you let us know whether you see any error code or error message when this happens?
Hope we can narrow down what’s causing it.
