We are not able to make changes via the forums, so no need to share any account information here. Just to try and clarify what seems to have happened however, keep in mind that your progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc.
This means if you unlink your platform, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
I'm not sure if you've changed your PSN account username in the past, but it looks like the one originally linked here in the past was a different PSN username than the one currently linked. When you mentioned unlinking a PSN account and later relinking it, it seems this was a differently named PSN account.
That could mean either:
- Your PSN account name was changed
- This PSN account was linked to a different EA account in the past, and is now linked to the wrong EA account
In some cases re-linking that PSN account back to the original EA account will let you recover your progress, but if that is not automatically done when you re-link accounts, that means it is either permanently lost - or you're checking the wrong account.
We are not able to provide information about accounts on the public forums, such as which one was your original account or may have other content. If you have any other emails you may have used in the past, I would definitely try signing into Apex with those emails as well to see if any of them have progress. From there it would just be a matter of re-linking your PSN account there instead.
