after the update that came out a few hours ago i got the prompt that cross progression is available (this is on ps4), i pressed continue, it said please wait for a few minutes, then disappeared and nothing happened after that. am i actually able to activate cross progression or was the game just saying its a thing now?? kinda confusing.
I linked my xbox account to EA but i'm not seeing my progress move over to PC. My game has yet to give me the pop up for cross progression no matter how many times i close it and relaunch, and i have quite a bit of cosmetics and characters unlocked from xbox. I haven't unlinked anything, so I don't know why the cross progression isn't popping up?? I'm not getting any error message and nothing is outwardly broken besides the cross progression itself.
I have the same issue. i logged in on xbox when they first announced cross progression, it gave me no option switch, nor did it give me any accounts that it linked to. i tired logging in through xbox, steam and EA play and nothing works. my account with lots of stuff has been wiped.

I really tried returning to this game. It said "your highest level account will sync" or something in the lines of that. Nothing. I'm very sure my PS4 account is linked, and I had TONS of stuff there. None of this is in my PC. I'm so mad.
Same over here, been talking to support for years but nothing, apparently theres a stage 2 in august.

Cross Progression is already active for all EA accounts at this point. There is no second stage as it's already active for everyone.
The main reason your progress would not carry over is if you unlinked platforms at some point. Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. This means if you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress.
Cross Progression allows you to access the content on a single EA account with the platforms connected to that same account, not to transfer progress from multiple accounts together.
