No mic in lobby

Hi,

I found out that I can’t speak through my microphone in the lobby, my microphone is normal and I can chat with my teammates normally in game, however my microphone is seems like disabled in the lobby. I can’t hear my teammate’s voice and they can’t hear me either. I saw many people have the same problem but I didn’t find out a clear solution.

Hope you can help me to deal with this problem.
