No one is telling me what my suspension was for, what do I need to change?

I recently had a 3 day suspension for 'Inappropriate reference to drug and alcohol' 

Despite trying to contact the TOC team many times to find out what I need go change on my account, I still haven't had a proper answer, I just a reply from an automated system, how am I supposed to stop this from happening if you can't even tell me what is wrong with my account, this is starting to get a joke, unless you can tell me what is wrong, I have done nothing wrong and got suspended for nothing, all I want is to know what's wrong on my account so I can change it but no one is giving me an answer, this is VERY frustrating, I am trying to prevent anything like this happening again but you can't even help me.

PLEASE HELP ME AND DONT JUST TELL ME TO CONTACT TOC

    @Jesusss422The issue seems to be related to the suspension you mentioned "Inappropriate reference to drug and alcohol".
    So what's wrong with your account?
    It sounds like you have inappropriate behavior in-game where you referenced drugs and alcohol when you were talking to teammates.
    Or your account name is a reference to drugs and alcohol in an inappropriate way.

    However, we can't help or assist you here in EA Answers with anything related to your account such as suspension.
    We can only point you to the correct area.

    I was getting the same text but  as a first warning before Ban and I can't find a way to contact them about what's wrong I mean the in-game name is xSToNeDXHARLEY but that name I have for years??? So I'm not sure if it's about the name or whatever
