Not allowing change of resolution. (I have alr tried many many solutions)

Resolution will not allow to change out of 1280x720. When I first launch the game it is at 1920x1200 resoltuion (my native) but it shows 1280x720 and when I try and change xyz settings in the vid...

I fixed the issue myself, what I did was set my GPU preformance in armour crate to ultimate instead of standard and I followed these steps in game. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/amld9VER11M 

I don't know which one actually helped but both help in general if you want more fps, but I don't know  what happened why nothing else helped if nothing else ever works its most likley your GPU.
