Not Getting my Apex packs when I level up

Multiple times I have levelled up and collected the reward of the apex pack yet it doesn't show I am a level 69 , Revenant main would really like to eventually get heirloom shards yet I cannot if I am not getting any Packs from the rewards every 2 levels (because I'm above level 50)  Also recently I reached battle pass level 39 The notification screen came up telling me I got an apex pack yet it doesn't show
