The EA staff who work on AHQ cannot help you with account-related issues.

@Aristodemus01 Just to hope in and save a potential time-consuming contact, can you reset the password on the related EA account first?
To do so, go to help.ea.com, then log out, and then log in using the relevant system portal (PS/Xbox/Switch/PC), then try a password reset. This may help to get this sorted without needing a deeper dive.
This may not work of course, at which point, please use the contact steps.
