Original Account GLITCHED, cross progression didn't fix anything

I began playing Apex Legends on PS. I never had 2 accounts, there was no attempt to merging anything (this is way before cross progressions drop). I was playing one day, the game locked up rebooted itself and when this happened all my money spent into that account just gone. Now I tried back then when this occurred to remedy the issue. I was informed by someone that they agree they saw my transactions and everything I owned and suggested that the account would basically fix itself. I've only ever linked the EA account to the PSN. Now don't get me wrong. I'm unbothered by all the skins lost on that PS account. I'm bothered by the fact that I owned Bloodhound's mythic, Lifeline's mythic, Octane's mythic, and Wraith's mythic and those are just GONE from my account. I have reached out to support twice about this. I have pointed out I have a video clip showing the account glitching out and putting me back on absolute nothing for everything. That seems to not matter much in this situation apparently. Neither support asked for that said proof to validate my statement to them. Now I'm told to just post here on this forum and basically pray for a solution. I'd like to know what kind of solution I'll receive as nobody can control a game literally glitch clearing someone's account. I play from Steam these days and did try the merge of PS and PC together but lets be honest, how would that repair anything when the damage to my PS account was already long hit and ignored. I simply just want my mythic melee's back.
