Packet loss in ranked after winning

Ever since about 2 months ago i started getting random unbreakable packet loss spikes for entirety of ranked games, at first i thought it was servers but i played on nonetheless. This season though? Its been a different story. Ever since hitting plat 1-diamond ive been hopping on with the squad, winning a game, then immediately start losing packets. Ive been eyeing it for a week now and after every win, my game becomes unplayable the next couple of games. I tried everything to unplugging the router, restarting the game, deleting it and reinstalling it, etc. so i know its something nit on my end. Feels like im being bugged by a possible hack. Ps5 user
