Packet loss pls help

I’ve been having really bad packet loss lately and the problem just started. I’ve been using Ethernet cable and still somehow I’m getting packet loss. I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it and STILL packet loss and then when I get disconnected bc of it I get banned and that’s not fair at all.
