This is a 1st time issue, I have never had this problem in a year of playing the gameSince the new season stared and after the hotfix and the server crash that locked the legends and coins, every 3 to 4 games I would get 40-50 packet loss that would not go away until I restated the game. The lag gets worse as I fight other teams and when I die I cannot return to the lobby and need to wait to be timed outThe other games that don't get the packet loss work completely normal.I have tested EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING, my speed is normal and nothing is slow on my end just that every 3,4 games the game is unplayable80 ish ping is normal for me, the lowest I get is 60 ish, everything else on my internet works FINE and it has never give me LAG, it also doesnt affect my game when I dont have packet loss

Yesterday I had most of the games with packet loss.And when that game is over, game gets stuck on return to lobby screen.During that time Apex is overloading my network with sending something.But yesterday new thing happened, during return to lobby screen there was a BSOD. And it said that Easy AntiCheat is the cause of it.

you are not alone here my friend , ever since S12 the game was unplayble due to Packet Loss on all data centers even despite the fact menu says there is 0 packet loss on the datacenter (no this has never happened before in all 3 years i been playing)This has driven me to quit the game until the problem was found as EA Seems to ignore it mostly and or putting it down on our connections , i wish it would have been resloved quicker so i can continue playing and support this game that i love but oh well.

@MonsGuards Im having the same issue. Even after logging in, the lobby laggy and also the shop. Singapore server has frequent packet loss. In ranked high packet loss and in trios very low to no packet loss. LOL. Unplayable!!!

Can you try the following to see if this continues?

Connecting Troubleshooting

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Which datacenter are you usually connected to? Have you tried switching to any others to test and see if that makes a difference?

Hi, I also have this problem.
Playing on PC.
And I'm also connected to Frankfurt by default (1 or 2).
Only London server has a packet loss on the server list. I asked a friend and he also has packet loss on London server. (friend doesn't live in the same city)

@EA_KentSo I hotspoted my mobile phone network to my pc and it appears to lessen the problem (its still there tho) but I checked with glass wire and when I try to dc from a laggy game (when Im stuck at the "connecting to lobby" screen") it sends data to and from the server and my pc without pause (constant data stream) and when I get timed out I aither get a easy anti cheat integrity check error (alredy tried to repair it didnt work), code: net singon: full (no idea what this is) and a server sync error code shoe (called my isp already and manually pinged with cmd everything I could think of, nothing worked and my ISP said that everything on their side is working as normal)
