Packet Loss
Hi, I just came back to Apex Legends over the last few weeks and every time I play ranked I have packet loss of 50-70% that makes the game unplayable.
I have tried to change pcs, change my cables, change my modem. I also contacted my isp, had them come and change the cables in and outside my home. I have no issue with my internet or playing any other game online including PUBs in apex for the most part. It seems that the ddos protection for ranked lobbies is causing the majority of the issues and it’s very frustrating as it renders the game unplayable for me.
I am playing on US east servers based in NJ and using Xfinity. There seems to be an issue that is impacting many people across NJ with Xfinity as the provider. Please provide assistance in resolving this issue.
