Party not ready/ Invalid token error/ No player badge in the game

I'm not sure about Xbox but I've been having the same issue on my Switch since the cross progression update and I may have found a solution on this forum.

I'm not sure whether it's a temporary or a permanent fix but I've been able to have a game night with my friends with no further issues so here's what I did:

• I got ready for a game
• While the Party not ready message was displayed I unplugged my router for a few seconds
• I plugged it back in and when my console connected to the internet I got back into the lobby
• I got ready again and it worked normally for the rest of the night

Let me know if this works for you. Also if my game stops working again I'll do my best to find this thread again and reply to it.

It's a weird bug as well because the game works flawlessly on my PC but my Switch version was having this same issue over and over.
