Pathfinder twitch prime skin
After update i've lost my pathfinder skin. I didn't use any exploit, got it legal. Can you help me solve this problem?

Came back to check out the new season and my Omega Point skin is gone. Had a live chat with EA support and told me to post here. Haven't played since the day the first battlepass came out. I've seen many other posts about this issue but never saw an actual fix other than people saying they got it back at one point.

Same, I lost my twitch prime skin...
Just redeemed the new Wattson twitch prime skin and it made me re-link my Prime and EA account. I received my new skin aswell as getting the pathfinder one back. (I did check if i had the pathfinder one before I claimed the new one and I didn't have it at the time)
I claimed the wattson skin and came back in for season 2 and noticed my pathfinder skin is gone, im not even really sure what i should do
Hey, just logged on for the first time in a few months. I had the Pathfinder Twitch Prime skin, and was using it for a while. Suddenly it's missing. Hope someone can help me with this. I know I'm not an isolated issue.

I got the Omega Point skin from twitch prime back in season 1 ish. I logged in to apex for the first time in 4 months I check my armory and see that my Omega Point skin for pathfinder is missing. I got the skin legit from twitch prime no scam or buying accounts or nothing like that and its just gone please help it was my favorite skin.

Yep, same. I took a break for a while from apex, started back up when the wattson and bangalore prime skins came out and I've been playing off and on since. Just now looking through my pathfinder skins to see which I wanna unlock with crafting materials and noticed my Prime skin for him is gone âšī¸
Saw lots of posts on reddit and the forums all the way from 5 months ago to 1 week ago.
A few days ago I logged on to find that my pathfinder twitch skin was missing, I tried contacting support but they just said it's already in my account, which it is definitely not. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
So i tried unlinking and relinking my account for Twitch and that didnt solve the problem, what can i do?
