people aren't showing they're online in my clubs

When I launch the game Apex Legends, I can't see members of my club who are in fact online. I also can't add my friend on Nintendo Switch. The switch player is in my club, in which I'm the club owner...

Same problem for me. If on the same platform, no issues, different platforms -- nothing works, and in both cases people are not showing up as "Online" even though they are sitting next to me logged in and are able to play matches solo.
