performance mode rubber-banding bug on oceania server only

I feel your pain, I've been trying every youtube video changing my dns settings on my xbox. Questioning my wifi connection but I can't handle it anymore. We can't be playing ranked and just hoping you don't see those red symbols on the top right of your screen.  I just don't understand if it's the server issue then why do other people in the same lobby not lag but I do.
