Perma ban for playing Bot Royale or new Logitech mouse

albinextdoor​ Last time when I got false ban for "racism", when I reported the racist. I got 2 appeals declined and got "This is final decision, and we not going to accept future appeals.".

After that I wrote here in Forums with twitch clip with proof.... and one of the community managers sent it directly to devs and got my ban removed. So sometimes writing here - works!

Isn’t that weird? Hundreds of people are complaining about false permanent bans for “gameplay enhancement” in the same time period, and appealing doesn’t make any sense. No matter how much proof you give them, at the end of the day the ToS Team still denies your appeal—even though you’re right.

EA has to fix this issue, as hundreds—or maybe thousands—of players have FALSE BANS! Please report this issue to the Anti-Cheat team and they should overturn every false ban.

I understand that as a Community Manager you can’t directly handle bans, but forwarding this to the Anti-Cheat team could help get these cases reviewed internally.

So if I understand right, its not bannable to progress challenges being it BP or Weapon Mastery?

Yes. That's correct. 

This leaves me to believe that new mouse could be a problem. Its like playing on Wooting keyboard :D

I really don't know if this is the case or not. ToS will need to perform their investigation so just keep an eye on your email. Thanks!

The Bot Royale was updated in the last patch to make it possible to complete challenges. You can see the patch notes here. Specifically, this:

But regarding playing in Bot Royale.. is it against the rules to complete challenges in that game mode? When I was playing it, sometimes I asked other player what they do there.. and most of them was there for BP and/or anniversary challenges.

You don't gain kill/wins stats and badges.. but only get some XP and weapon mastery. XP is of no use for me, as I play a lot and long time ago gained level 2000... and weapon mastery I have only 17% left to do. Started playing Bot Royale mode less than 24 hours.

I'm gonna comply with any decision from support side. But interesting to know if this bannable behavior.
