Perma banned for god knows what

Hello apex Community 

Im in a little bit of a bigest mist cloud in my Life help me understand my issue a little, so in context i play apex on ps5 i use dulsense edge controller, rig headphones i use lenovo legion r32qc-30 monitor, i was banned Like couple of days after the rev invisibility glitch was going on, i did not abuse it, when the glitch was going on my games kept craching alot what where reported to ps5, i was roaming around my heirlooms and discovered that i have a Horizon heirloom ( what i havent purchased) i have no idea how i aquered it, but i used it a couple of times, who dosent Like a Free heirloom, the nex t day i logged in and tryed to play after work my account got permanently banned, i have no idea what could of cause this i mean i have over 500+h on ps5 alone, i looked my ea account and it says im banned for competetive advantages im so cluless,is there a way to request a manual rewiev of my ban Like what i did wrong, i have honestly no clue ise it with the ps5 dualaense edge controller, cause ive heard other people getting banned for using ps5 dualaense edge controller settings , any help is welcomed

    We give this information when people ask about bans because it's the correct and only way to handle bans.

    We cannot make any changes for you on the forums, and there are no separate channels to have this addressed aside from through our Terms of Service team, via an appeal.

    If you've had that many appeals declined already, with the ToS team telling you the decision is final and they consider the matter closed at this point, then I'm afraid additional appeals will not change the matter.

    I understand you disagree with the outcome of their multiple investigations, but at this point the matter is closed. We cannot change this here on the forums either, sorry.

    We wouldn't be able to share or review the reason for a ban here on the forums, but if you feel one was placed on your account incorrectly, please be sure to appeal with these steps so the Terms of Service team can take another look. 

    They'll reach back out once they have a chance to finish their investigation, so please keep an eye on your case history page here once that's sent in. Thanks for hanging in there while they take another look!

  • Yeah they wont reach back to you ive appealead like over 30times already this is gettin idiodic, if they are 1000% sure ive done anything wrong and perma bann my account why let me appeal whats the point? Just delete it alltogether seems more resonable than appealing or waiting for tos mercy, i have not done anything wrong or done anything intentonaly to enchance gameplay, im not at fault for game glitches, im looking for any help not some generic responses you copy paste to all questions about bans on this foorum
