Permanent Ban Due to Chargeback Mistake (Already Repaid)

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask for advice regarding a serious issue with my EA account (for Apex Legends). 
My account was permanently banned because of a chargeback. However, this happened by mistake. 
I accidentally requested a refund, but after realizing my error, I immediately repaid the full amount. 

I can provide payment receipts and transaction history that clearly show the refund and the repayment. 
Unfortunately, even after contacting EA Help, my account has not been unbanned, and I was told that no further support could be provided. 

This account means a lot to me. I have spent over 2000 hours and around 200,000 JPY on Apex Legends, 
so losing it permanently for a mistake I already corrected is extremely painful.  

If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows how I might be able to escalate this issue, 
please let me know. I am happy to share receipts or any additional proof if needed.

  • I can see, you have already contacted EA TOS team.
    I would just like to note, that EA TOS team and EA Support team are different teams.

    QUICK: The support team can only check the status of your ban; for example if you didn't got the email:

    LONG WAITING (10+ days): If you want information on ban reason or wants to appeal the ban, you need to contact the TOS team:

    It acknowledges that the EA TOS team might make a mistake, which is why there's a last chance option. See below.   :)

    If You double-check the link and the quotes I pulled out for you...
    ...You’ll see that even after the final TOS decision, you still get one "last shot" (last chance option) by contacting EA Support.
