Permanent Ban Due to Chargeback Mistake (Already Repaid)
Hello everyone,
I would like to ask for advice regarding a serious issue with my EA account (for Apex Legends).
My account was permanently banned because of a chargeback. However, this happened by mistake.
I accidentally requested a refund, but after realizing my error, I immediately repaid the full amount.
I can provide payment receipts and transaction history that clearly show the refund and the repayment.
Unfortunately, even after contacting EA Help, my account has not been unbanned, and I was told that no further support could be provided.
This account means a lot to me. I have spent over 2000 hours and around 200,000 JPY on Apex Legends,
so losing it permanently for a mistake I already corrected is extremely painful.
If anyone has experienced a similar situation or knows how I might be able to escalate this issue,
please let me know. I am happy to share receipts or any additional proof if needed.
