Hello,I am playing on PC that is connected to 500 mb/s GPON internet connection through the cable that is connected directly into the router.No Wi-Fi. Only cable. And I play on the Frankfurt 1/Frankfurt 2 servers which give me 110-150ms ping. (which is really high for me as a competitive player!)Packet loss is constantly changing between 1/0 and 5/0. Almost everyday, randomly goes to 25/10+ and more. How can I fix that? I want to get the lowest ping and no packet loss at all.Please help me thoroughly, I have always played most of the games from EA but got into competitive gaming and stuck with apex legends

Same problem on any of Tokyo servers1Gbps GPON (KT OLLEH)Basically, it is a lottery.Matches are clearly hosted on very different servers, and while some matchers work flawlessly (low ping, no packet losses), others matches result in abnormally high ping and packet losses.May be it caused by some sort of cheating software? No idea, all I know is that my internet connection is superb and Apex tend to have connection lags for no reason.

I'm from Malaysia. Keep experiencing this issue too.

I getting the same problem on every server even with 20ms ping but my packet loss is on 40/50 sometimes 15/20~I'm from Malaysia, ISP is TMunifi.Download and upload speed test both on ookla speedtest and fast.com is 100mb/s down 50mb/s up ping is about 7ms~ I didn't suffer those problem on others game but just Apex legend

I’m from Malaysia. ISP is TM UniFi. My download speed the highest around 400mbps+ and stable connection with LAN cable but stillhaving laggy matches and unable to go back to lobby after match ends.

What is everything you have tried to resolve?
Also, what modem/router combo are you using are they separate hardware or is it a 2 in 1? Do you have your own router/modem? How long have you had your equipment for? Have you updated your equipment any?

I have the same problem since s11. nothign was changed.
If i check the forums many people suddendly the same problem.
If some Games are without loss and some with it can only be a problem with the nodes to the apex servers.

Provider is Magenta Telekom
I play over Ethernet. Never on WIFI
I still have Packet Loss every now and then . sometimes more sometimes less.

Tonight its even worse.
It used to be maybe every 4th round. Right now its almost every game.
Quitting to Lobby not possible. Has to Force close and restart.
Look Screenshot. this is your Frankfurt and London Server for me. 200ms 30 Loss. I checked my connection but its fine to anywhere else.
When will you fix this pls
