ping issue in apex

in main menu my ping is 60 and 0 packet loss. but when im in game its gonna be 150-250 ping. can someone help me?

@imhalseyy Is this console or pc?
Could you verify that you have no system updates and no driver updates pending?

@EzyHawk its steam version and there is not pending updates. everything is last version.
