Possible Crush with no error fix for ppl with multiple screens

Hello! i think i had one of the worst case on crushing.. almost every game and it was so anoying. 

i tried every troubleshooting guide i found in the web: from underclocking to "+max fps" to changing driver.. everyting. until finally i actually tried something so stupid i couldn't belive it worked..

if you use multiple screen:  press: windows key + P > then choose main screen only..

i now play 3 days without a crash on high setting + overclock on gpu (amd rx 480, cpu intel i5 3570)
