I've connected both my EA and Amazon accounts, but I still am not getting the rewards. The reward shows up as pending and won't give it to me when I get in the game. I've been searching around a little for a solution and it seems to have happened a lot in the past but I haven't found any way to fix this issue.
That is really weird. You definitely beat the cutoff date of 13 January. I got that skin with no issues. Unfortunately, I didn't get the skin before that, the Nature Catalyst skin, but it's my fault. I am running into the same issue where I claimed this month's Rampart skin but I don't have it yet. This is the first time I have run into this problem on Prime Gaming. I am also running to the issue with the EA Pass subscription; I am getting the 10% off in the store, but I really wanted the golden Crypto charm. Definitely would like some help for the both of us.
Edit: I restarted my game and the Rampart skin just came in. I usually turn off my computer before going to bed so I didn't think that was going to fix it. Oh well. Fixed.
Yeah, I have all the rewards since Season 11 except Catalyst; just didn’t check into Twitch for whatever reason. This time the lag time between claiming the reward and receiving was longer than expected.
