I have collected a Mirage (Brand Ambassador) and Seer (Check Me Out) skin from my Prime Gaming account but neither are appearing in-game. My EA, Amazon, Steam, and even Twitch are all successfully linked.
Unsure what is going on?
Please advise.

Just to be sure, those skins haven't just appeared in the list of skins available for those Legends, right? There's not necessarily a pop-up for these and it may take a restart of your system, if you haven't already done so.
If you've linked everything successfully as outlined here but still aren't seeing those skins please reach out to an advisor so they can take a look at those account links and dig into this a bit more for you.
I found my solution on another discussion board. I have attached a screenshot for anyone else who might be experiencing this problem.
