Profile is already logged in on another device

Hey everyone, i keep having this issue where when i open apex it says someone is logged in on another device. I've did the log into my account or platform i don't want to play on and it works. Although i recently sold my xbox and no longer are able to this. is there any solution or is EA working to fix this?

tylerbrobmx1 When you sold your Xbox, did you factory reset it to where no one else could play on your account?

If you didn't, I suggest changing your Xbox password so that way whoever is playing on your Xbox now would be unable to continue playing on your account as they would be forced to sign back into your Xbox Account.
