Purchased ultimate + battle pass and got nothing

Had the same problem, unfortunately I'm not all that patient so I ordered a refund to wait for the problem to be solved.

  The reason is because that's an upgrade to the Ultimate Pass, (not the Ultimate Plus Pass itself):

  I'm not sure if it could be refunded, but if it can be, it would be through the platform it was bought on, (in your case, that would be through Xbox).
