The only people who can discuss a Terms of Service sanction with you @CaoNiMa-DF21 is our ToS team. If they have reviewed your case and have advised you that there is nothing more they can do then I'm sorry to say that there is nothing that anyone on AHQ can do to change this.
The best thing I can recommend is putting together as much information as you can to appeal the sanction.
